Hearts of Iron 3: Semper Fi is an upcoming downloadable expansion to Hearts of Iron 3. Semper Fi gives players more control over their country’s warfare and politics, while pleasing history buffs with a variety of new features and events. Hearts of Iron 3: Semper Fi is scheduled for release during Q2 2010.

The upcoming expansion Semper Fi Features will include:
- Player-determined hidden victory conditions that will keep opponents guessing
- Greater cooperation with allies, allowing players to request troops, convince their allies to attack a specific target and more
- Hundreds of new events added to immerse players in their own version of World War II, comparing the unfolding, alternate timeline to real history
- Vastly improved AI that will defend its territories valiantly, marshal large naval taskforces and launch multi-stage invasion

Hearts of Iron 3 from the Paradox Interactive development team is the third instalment in the critically acclaimed Hearts of Iron series.
The Hearts of Iron series has become renowned for being the biggest, most detailed and complete strategic game series on World War 2 ever made. Hearts of Iron III will follow that tradition closely while focusing on satisfying veteran players through a multitude of brand new features and systems, including a huge map with more than 14,000 land and sea provinces.
